Violations & Measures

If a validated violation of our Engagement Protocol is found during scrutiny, or if your usage is viewed as a threat to royalwheelhub, its users, or systemic security, the following actions may be executed solely at our discretion:

1. Isolate suspected manipulation actors or breaches from standard Challenges;
2. Permanently block your access to the Platform;
3. Reclaim funds remaining in your profile;
4. Pursue legal compensation via civil or statutory channels, or initiate appropriate court procedures;
5. For grave offenses, forbid any future Challenge entry and block all account registrations indefinitely.

Any punitive resolution issued by royalwheelhub’s internal oversight team regarding breaches is final and cannot be contested. These sanctions do not affect other rights or legal actions available under law.

Governing Law, Dispute Resolution & Legal Compliance

These Participant Agreement Clauses are governed by Indian statutes. Any contention shall be settled as per the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Platform Intellectual Property

All content within our Platform—this includes text, visuals, logos, images, and design (jointly deemed “Platform Intellectual Property”)—are protected by copyright and intellectual property regulations. Furthermore, user-submitted content such as posts, uploads, chats, or communications may be logged and regarded as Platform Intellectual Property. royalwheelhub retains the right to employ these materials in any applicable manner.

Game Challenge Variants

• royalwheelhub administers two principal forms of Challenges: (1) General Access Competitions open to all, and (2) Restricted Entry Events designated for invited users. Identical conditions apply to both forms.
• General Access Competitions
  • In General Access Competitions, royalwheelhub might organize matches with variable player groups—2, 3, 5, 10, 100, or as clearly stated.
  • Some of these will involve entry contributions, and winners are finalized after game completion.
  • Each event will identify the lowest player count needed to begin. If this figure is reached, gameplay starts. If not met, the match is annulled and fees reimbursed in entirety.
  • Several games tagged as “Locked Matches” commence upon reaching a defined winner count, despite vacant slots. Users can register until the match begins or the max user cap is achieved. If insufficient, all charges are entirely refunded.

Restricted Entry Games

• For Custom Matches, users can design specific Challenges, invite players, and assign team limits of 2, 3, 5, or 10. The creator funds the event, labels it, and gets an exclusive League ID. Only the title is editable after setup. The creator must input Facebook or email credentials for royalwheelhub to send invitations.
• To join a Custom Match, the invited party must enter the Game Code and cover the fee. Once capacity is fulfilled, no additional joins are allowed. If the match remains unfilled one hour pre-start, users may request it to switch to Public mode. royalwheelhub offers no assurances that this conversion will function or result in further entries. If underfilled still, refunds are given.
• Only invited users may participate. royalwheelhub disclaims responsibility for system outages or rule violations blocking participation.

Liabilities & Indemnification

By accessing our Services or taking part in Challenges, you commit to protect, reimburse, and release us from all claims or liabilities (including legal expenses and indirect losses) tied to:

1. Conflicts over ownership of submitted user content;
2. Injurious, inappropriate, or illegal behavior from third parties, including fraudulent or offensive entries;
3. Misuse, unauthorized access, or wrongful handling of your account;
4. Game disruptions, server faults, delays, corrupted information, cyber risks, or infrastructure errors;
5. Unauthorized account access, even when user permission was granted.

Governing Law & Exclusive Venue

These Guidelines and Privacy Statements will observe Indian jurisdiction. All cases are to be exclusively managed by courts situated in New Delhi.

Return & Withdrawal Policies
